I was Tagged

Here's a gooey, romantic game of tag. Here's how it works: I will answer questions about Drew. At the end of the post, I'll tag 3 people and post their names. Then, those three people can do the same thing on their own blog and so on and so forth.

*What is your husband's name? Andrew (Drew for short or Andy depending on who you are)

*How long have you guys been married? Not officially married for another 2 months Feb 21, 2009 baby
*How long did you date? About 5 1/2 years with a few breakups in between

*How old is he? 27 (almost 28 ha ha sucker your way older then me)

*Who is taller? him

*Who can sing the best? Me...most definitely me

*Who is smarter? Probably Drew but not for long. Once I am done with school I will be way smarter. He will always be smarter about money :)

*Who pays the bills? Well I used to pay my own bills but now he does

*Who does the laundry? I will once we live together

*Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do...its the best side

*Who mows the lawn? We don't have a lawn....but if we did I am sure he wouldn't let me touch it

*Who cooks dinner? We both do, but I probably cook more

*Who is the first to admit when they're wrong? I am never wrong! Remember the costco post? There is proof right there!

*Who kissed who first? I don't really remember but I am sure it was me. I had a crazy crush on Drew so I am sure I planted my wet lips on him first

*Who wears the pants? For sure it's me!!!

This was fun and I hope you all learned a little more about me! I tag Jenny, Loni, and Bugs!

Adventures at Costco

Today was the day to go to Costco for work. This is my list...
6 cases Diet Pepsi
4 cases Pepsi
4 cases Mountain Dew
4 cases Sprite
2 cases Diet Dr. Pepper
2 Heatdishes
1 case of paper (I swear it weighs 100 pounds)
2 Ink for printer
Plates, Forks, Cups
Band aids
Coffee
Coffee creamer
Pain Medication
6 bags of candy
oh and can't forget the hot dog
All of this stuff is then loaded onto a flat bed cart which I then get to take to the truck and load it all up. Usually I do all this by myself but today was a special day. Drew happened to have the day off and decided to come to costco while I was enjoying my hot dog. After taking a look at my cart he decided he would help me take my purchases to the truck (what a gentleman). Here is our conversation
  • Drew: This cart is heavy but I bet if you got on I could push you too.
  • Brooke: Yea I bet you could but it's not happening
  • Drew: Fine (he then proceeds to jump on the cart and ride it down the hill. The cart then starts to veer to the left and make a spin move)
  • Drew: WOW!!! That was really fun!!!!!!!!
  • Brooke: Please don't do that again, the stuff is going to fall off the cart.
  • Drew: Duh no it won't it's just fine as he jumps on the cart once again and the cart starts to veer to the left and as it's doing it's spin move BAM all the stuff goes flying off the cart. Soda cases break open and soda is all over the road. I am telling you I have never seen anything like this in my life and I wish I would have had my camera with me. There were cars trying to get by but couldn't because of all the stuff in the road! Drew and I were laughing really hard but I was kinda mad and really embarrassed! People in the cars had to get out and help us clean it all up so they could get by. Oh man it was a sight to see.
  • Brooke: See I told you the stuff would fly off the cart you dumb ass! (please excuse my language but it was fitting at the time)
  • Drew: Yep but it sure was awsome!

And as he says the last part a woman walking by says "yes it sure was awsome" and her husband adds "you won't ever live that down"

So I guess Thanks are in order to Drew for making my friday and everyone else at costco who was involved in the incident very funny and making a good story to blog about! I couldn't possibly Love anyone else the way I Love YOU bro!

Vacation Time

I love love love Vacation. I would go somewhere every month if I could. Now that my situation has changed a bit..oh you all know the wedding the baby in my belly and nursing school I am thinking about all the vacation time I am going to miss out on and I am having a really hard time. So I have decided that Drew and I will indeed need a honeymoon directly after this wedding. I am counting on all of you to please give me some ideas of a good place to go that's cheap, warm, has a beach, is pregnant woman friendly, and most of all fun!
